Overview of the AI View Analysis chatbot
This article gives an overview of the AI View Analysis chatbot.
Title bar
(1) The "Reset" button
This button resets the chat.
Click it to clear any existing questions and answers and start over with a fresh screen.
(2) App name
This is the name of the app the AI View Analysis feature is being used with.
(3) The "Minimize" button
Click this button to minimize the AI View Analysis chatbot to the bottom right of Kintone.
To display it again, click the Maximize button.
(4) The "Close" button
This button closes the AI View Analysis chatbot.
Chat area
(1) Prompt buttons
These buttons can be used to send preset prompts (questions or instructions) to the AI View Analysis chatbot.
When you click a button, the AI View Analysis chatbot will start its analysis based on the selected preset prompt.
(2) The prompt input field
Enter your questions or instructions in this field.
(3) The "Send" button
This button sends the text entered in the prompt input field to the AI View Analysis chatbot. When you click it, the AI View Analysis chatbot will start performing its analysis.
(4) Analysis results
These are the analysis results generated by the AI View Analysis chatbot.
Numbers in square brackets are the IDs of referenced records. Clicking a number opens the Record details screen of the record.
(5) The Copy results button
This button copies the analysis results.
