Situations where the service cannot be used
The Kintone AI Lab service cannot be used in any of the following situations.
- You are using Kintone during the free trial period
- You are using a developer license
Kintone AI Lab support
The features available with the Kintone AI Lab service are still in development and support is not currently offered for them.
Use of the service on mobile devices
As of August 2025, the Kintone AI Lab service cannot be used with the mobile-optimized view on the mobile app or mobile web browsers. Please use the service with the desktop view in a PC web browser.
