Setting which apps and users can use AI View Analysis
Learn how to set which apps and users can use the AI View Analysis feature.
The default settings are as follows.
- Apps that can use AI View Analysis: All apps
- Users who can use AI View Analysis: Unconfigured
How AI View Analysis availability is determined
The AI View Analysis feature is made available to the apps and users set to be able to use it, with the settings specified for individual apps taking priority.
For example, say the following settings are configured.
- The Sales Department can use the Customer List app
- The System Department can use all apps
With the above settings, the availability of the AI View Analysis feature is determined as follows.
- In the Customer List app:
Only members of the Sales Department can use the AI View Analysis feature. The System Department cannot use it. - In all other apps:
Only members of the System Department can use the AI View Analysis feature.
Steps

Click the Settings icon (the gear-shaped icon) at the top of Kintone, then click Kintone AI management.

On the Kintone AI management screen, click Settings under AI View Analysis in the Kintone AI Lab section.

On the AI View Analysis settings screen, click Add.

In the Apps column, click Select an app.

Enter an app name in the Search apps field.

From the suggested apps, click the app you want to allow to use the AI View Analysis feature.
Note that some apps will not appear as suggestions.
These apps are as follows.- Apps for which you have not been granted the "View records" or "Add records" permission in the Permissions for app settings
- Apps for which the "Manage/use/delete apps" permission has not been granted in the Permissions for app groups settings
- Apps that belong to the Private app group and were created by another user
- Apps that are already set to be able to use the AI View Analysis feature
- Apps that belong to a private space that you are not a member of
- Apps that belong to a guest space
- Deleted apps

In the Users, departments, and groups column, specify the users, departments, or groups you want to be able to use the AI View Analysis feature.
You can add users, groups, and departments using either of the following methods.- Add users, groups, or departments from the search box.
- Click the Select users from departments or groups icon to the right of the search box to open the Select users dialog, then add the necessary users, groups, or departments.

Repeat Steps 3 to 7 for any other apps you want to configure the settings for.
You can remove an added app by clicking the Delete icon to the right of it. -
Click Save at the bottom right of the screen.
